Information you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, contact details, project city, optional street address, project type, timing, investment range, message, and optional images. Please do not include financial account details or other sensitive information.
How your inquiry is used
Miller’s uses your information to review and respond to your inquiry. The configured form sends the details to the business inbox through Resend. Uploaded images are resized in your browser and stripped of common metadata before being attached. They are not published to the website. This website does not keep a separate lead database.
Technical services
The website uses hosting services to deliver pages and handle requests. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for abuse when the form is enabled. Resend and the business email provider process inquiry emails. Google Fonts supplies the website typography, which can involve a request from your browser. Providers may process technical request information needed to operate their services.
Storage and retention
Inquiries and attachments can remain in the business inbox and service-provider systems for communication, project records, and operational needs. A short-lived request limit may process a hashed network identifier in server memory to reduce abuse. The form does not enroll you in marketing or automated text messages.
Browser storage and measurement
This version does not load Google Analytics, Meta advertising pixels, or advertising cookies. It uses temporary browser storage after a successful form submission to show confirmation once. Tracking changes require a review of this notice before those integrations are enabled.
Your questions
Contact Miller’s to ask about information you submitted, corrections, or deletion requests. Business and recordkeeping requirements may affect what can be removed.
